Terms of Service
Effective November 2026
1. Your pages and content
You are responsible for the photos, fonts, text, links, and other content you upload or publish with Relink. You must have the right to use that content and must not use Relink for phishing, malware, unlawful material, deceptive claims, or attempts to bypass platform or registrar rules.
Relink renders creator content as structured data, not arbitrary HTML or JavaScript. We may remove content or suspend pages that create a security, legal, or reputational risk.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Plan limits apply to the number of pages you can create or publish. Do not share entitlements or attempt to bypass quotas.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Pro and Studio subscriptions are sold in EUR through Stripe. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and included features are shown at checkout. You can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation stops future renewals and paid access remains available through the end of the paid period.
Crypto payment options, when offered, are separate and are not subscriptions unless explicitly stated at checkout.
4. Domains
Domain registration, transfer, renewal, eligibility, and pricing are handled by the registrar. Relink does not guarantee availability of a particular domain or TLD. You are responsible for accurate registrant details, DNS configuration, renewals, and compliance with registry rules. Domain swaps do not cancel the old registration.
5. Availability and changes
Relink is provided on an “as available” basis. We may improve, change, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, external-browser handoff from every in-app browser, registrar approval, or uninterrupted third-party services.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Relink is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost content, or outages caused by third-party providers. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
